Roy Moffatt Watercolor Artist

ROY MOFFATT discovered the joy of pushing around the living colors of watercolors and hasn't put them down since. Roy is a self-taught artist using predominantly watercolors.

"Painting the lights and shadows and the moment of the outdoors is a passion. Putting them together for en plein air painting brings out the best of both worlds."

Roy is a transplanted Texan who worked in beautiful southern California as a physician for 25 years. Roy retired and moved to Folsom in 2010.
